A Genocide Emergency Alert has been issued today by Professor Gregory Stanton of Genocide Watch due to Azerbaijan’s aggression against the Armenian Republic of Artsakh, often called Nagorno-Karabakh. Tragically, they are right to do so, and the world has a duty to act.
