Lord Alton asked about our obligations to asylum seeking children who may be victims of modern slavery or trafficking – 200 of whom have gone missing and not been found and about the dis application of protections for vulnerable trafficked people in the Illegal Migration Bill – and the failure to break the criminal gangs who exploit them.
