Lord Alton asked about how decisions are made in the Ministry of Defence and went on to ask what we are doing about U.K. technology getting into the hands of Russia, China and Iran and the way crucial technology- like Elon Musk’s Starlink in use in Ukraine – can be withdraw by a private company thereby threatening a country’s ability to defend itself.
