My question to the UK Government Minister Zac Goldsmith about the grievous bodily harm inflicted upon a peaceful protester on Sunday 16th October, outside the Chinese Communist Party Consulate General in Manchester, and the CCP believing it is above the law and can act with impunity on British soil.
