Disturbing reports sent to me this week by those working for Afghanistan’s Hazara minorities. Is the UN and U.K. Government investigating these reports or ignoring the plight of the Hazara?

Armed Kochis, the nomad Pashtuns, have threatened around 200 households in Ghamqool village of Khedir district in the central #Daikundi province, asking the villages to leave their houses and lands, the villagers confirmed to Kabul Now.https://kabulnow.af/2021/09/armed-kochis-threaten-200-households-in–to-leave-their-lands/
Clear proof of the Taliban’s ongoing efforts to ethnically cleanse Daikundi from Hazaras. These war crimes were happening by the Taliban terrorists while many in UNGA this week were giving empty promises that the Taliban should be given a chance when it comes to human rights.

These #Hazara villagers say they have received letters from Taliban to leave the village within 3 days. They say they have documents from King Zahir Shah’s era proving their ownership of the lands but Taliban don’t give heed to their pleas. https://twitter.com/mSaleemJaved/status/1442198565304995846?s=19

Houses set on fire by the Taliban in Daikondi province of Afghanistan. This area was home to many Hazaras but recently the Taliban ordered that they leave their homes. Where are they supposed to go? This is the beginning of another episode of ethnic cleansing of Hazaras.https://twitter.com/Maryam70634594/status/1442181388514447363?s=19
Forced migration of #Hazara locals of Gizab in #Daikundi continues. 1000s of low-income families were forced by the Taliban to leave what the group calls disputed lands. People were allowed to take only clothes and day-to-day necessities, but not harvests. Video by locals.

Taliban has ordered residents of at least 15 villages in Daikundi to migrate without their cattle, grains & other agricultural products. Lands and houses of indigenous #Hazaras are reportedly being distributed among Taliban fighters and local facilitators. https://twitter.com/mSaleemJaved/status/1442176715405602819?s=19
