Government asked about some disturbing reports about North Koreans being left to die in quarantine camps

I have today asked the Government about some disturbing reports about North Koreans being left to die in quarantine camps. The UK has diplomatic relations with North Korea and I have asked the Government (a) what assessment he has made of the humanitarian situation in the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea (DPRK) in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in light of reports of  the existence of quarantine camps where a severe shortage of food and medicine may have led to starvation and deaths and (b) what humanitarian assistance the United Kingdom and others in the international community is providing.
