It has allowed Heidi Crowter, a 24-year-old with Down’s Syndrome and Máire Lea-Wilson whose boy Aidan has Down’s to challenge a discriminatory and barbaric law which kills 90% of Down’s babies- right up to their birth. Eugenics by any other name.
