Good Citizenship Awards In Liverpool
Earlier in the week young people from across the Merseyside Borough of Knowsley received their Good Citizenship Awards at a ceremony sponsored by Arriva at Aintree Racecourse. On Friday, July 8th young people from Wirral and Sefton were also celebrating their achievements – which ranged from hundreds of hours of voluntary and charitable endeavour to setting up anti-bullying projects, visits to the elderly, working with disabled people, Scouting and Guiding, and supporting hospices at home and overseas.Some of the award winners are pictured here in the Roscoe Room at Liverpool John Moores University.
